Identifying Risk Factors that Influence Pedestrian Safety Near Bus Stops

The Center for Transportation Safety (CTS) provides funding to support innovative projects to improve transportation safety in Texas. Starting in February and continuing every second month, members of these project teams will report out their findings. The presentation series, entitled “Innovation Projects to Improve Transportation Safety in Texas,” will allow staff to provide an overview of the problem they are addressing, discuss the project and results, and describe how the work impacts safety.

TTI Research Engineer Srinivas Geedipally and TTI Engineering Graduate Student Worker Mohammad Anis will be the speakers in the upcoming webinar in the CTS series titled “Identifying risk factors that influence pedestrian safety near bus stops.” Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about the various methods used to identify risk factors near bus stops!
