STEP 2

PRE-MEETING PREPARATION
EDSI staff will respond to your webform submission to schedule a meeting. During this meeting, we will discuss developing a safety program for your company. Please be prepared to discuss the following topics:

  • Past or current safety programming
  • Current or desired safety monitoring practices
  • Safety requirements, needs, and areas of concern
  • Feasible amount of time that fleet drivers can allocate toward safety program
  • Safety performance goals
  • Investment expectations (how much you can allocate _toward the program and what financial outcomes you expect from it)
  • Point of contact for EDSI regarding Program Development Package content

STEP 3

PARTNERSHIP MEETING
Representative(s) from your company and EDSI will meet virtually to discuss your needs and the services we can offer.

STEP 4

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
EDSI staff will create a Program Development Package tailored to your company. The package will include the scope of work, timeline, budget and other pertinent information to inform your decision.
