NOTE: Online registration will be available until 11:59 p.m., CST, March 23, 2023. After this date, registration will be available on-site during the event.

Hotel Reservations

Accommodations have been arranged at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center. You may make your reservation online. All hotel reservations must be received by Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.
