Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Projects

The Texas A&M Transportation Institute’s Center for Transportation Safety has been involved in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) funded projects that address commercial motor vehicle (CMV) safety through teen peer-to-peer outreach, improving CMV crash reporting and training of law enforcement officers, and identifying the most important factors associated with severe CMV crashes.
